Drone operations are subject to applicable laws, regulations, airspace restrictions, weather, safety considerations, property access, operational limitations, and conditions at the project location.
Nothing displayed on the website guarantees that a particular flight, capture method, schedule, location, or operation can legally or safely be performed.
Pelican Drones may modify, delay, relocate, reschedule, or decline an operation when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, weather, equipment, airspace, site conditions, or other operational reasons. Specific obligations relating to a customer project are governed by the applicable project agreement.
